We had a wonderful experience with Bounce Party NOVA for a birthday party rental. They were communicative, responsive, friendly, and wonderful to work with. They set quickly everything up on their own and even packed up the bounce house in record time! They coordinated timing with me and it worked out wonderfully. The bounce house was also clean and huge and the kids had an amazing time. Highly recommend this company!

SO MUCH FUN! We've used several bounce house companies for our Real Estate events in the past, but when we came across Bounce Party NOVA and learned they are veteran owned, aligning with our client base, it was a no brainer to try them out. They exceeded expectations, showed up on time, the bounce house was extremely clean, picked up on time and FUN was had by all. Even the adult "after" party slide!

Everything was clean and well maintained, and the crew was friendly, professional, and efficient. The prices were affordable and equipment looked new. I’ll be a repeat customer for sure! One word, Fantastic. I could go on in detail but that word sums up my entire experience. I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Communication was top tier, service was no less than a white gloved experience, and delivery was prompt. Overall, it was the kind of business exchange that felt more like an interaction with a thoughtful neighbor ( kind, quick, helpful and pleasant). We will be using them again!

The bounce house we rented was amazing and the kids loved it! It entertained them for nearly 8 hours! The company was wonderful as they set it all up for us pretty quickly, connected the hose for the water, and explained it all to me in under an hour. They also come to clean it up and that was very fast too! I would do this all the time this summer to entertain the kids!

Great experience with Bounce Party NOVA! So easy to book. We had to reschedule ours son’s party because of the smoke in the area and they were very understanding and let us keep the slide for an extra afternoon so we could do his party the next day! Communication is fantastic. The set up crew were very efficient and polite young men too! Definitely will be using this company again!

Bounce Party NOVA was a fantastic experience! We definitely got more than we paid for. They arrived early, well before the party to set everything up and didn’t come back to pick it up until the next day. The bounce house was clean, everything worked perfectly, and most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast! We’ll definitely be booking with them again. I loved how the owner texted me the day before to let me know when they will be dropping off. There was no worrying or trying to guess when and if they would show up (something I’ve dealt with previous bounce house businesses) Highly recommend!

Excellent Service & Great Experience! We had an excellent experience from start to finish! Communication was very easy when I first inquired about renting a unit. They answered all of my questions, confirmed all of the details, and got us set up for next-day delivery. The contract was also sent over very quickly after my initial inquiry. They arrived within the scheduled delivery window, and when there was an issue with setting up the unit at our original location (which was not their fault), they initially weren’t able to reach us right away. Rather than simply waiting, they took the initiative to find the next best location where the unit would fit and where we could still use our own power instead of needing a generator. Once we were able to get back in touch with the technician, we quickly confirmed the new location, and they were able to get everything set up without any further issues. The original location was a hard surface, while the new location was grass, and they had the supplies needed to accommodate either setup. They also didn’t charge us any additional fees for changing the location, which we really appreciated. Their pricing was very straightforward and fair, with no hidden costs or unexpected fees. Most of the other companies I contacted were charging additional fees for short-notice orders, delivery, overnight rental, and/or setup on a hard surface. With this company, it was a flat rental fee, plus tax, tip, and the optional damage waiver for minor damage. The price was exactly as advertised—the amount quoted on the website was the same as the final amount on the contract. The kids absolutely loved the 45-ft bounce house combo with the obstacle course, bounce house area, and slide. It was great having several different areas for the kids to enjoy, and it kept them entertained for hours! Pickup the next day was just as easy. They arrived within the pickup window, broke everything down, cleaned up the area, and hauled everything away without us having to do anything. They didn’t leave behind any mess or trash. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Great communication, fair and transparent pricing, flexible service, and an easy delivery and pickup process. We would definitely rent from them again!

We rented a bounce house with a waterslide for our son's birthday party. We also rented an easy-up tent, some tables, chairs, and a few lawn games. The folks at Bounce Party NOVA were extremely professional and responsive to our communications. Everything was extremely easy to set up and break down. We absolutely got our money's worth for all the rentals (I'd like to think our kids would agree with that satement as well)!
